When a Return-to-Work may not be a main issue, we work with the insured, the family and care providers to assure cost effective quality care and the attainment of mutual goals.

Referrals to CCM will be made to a well-defined list of diagnoses including but not limited to:

• Spinal Cord Injuries
• Severe Traumatic Brain Injury
• Amputation
• Burns
• Major Deforming Injuries
• Multiple Trauma Gunshot Wound
• Severe occupational exposure to radiation or chemicals
• An expert Life Care Planner can provide invaluable information analysis and support to help the attorney successfully argue or defend a case.
