| Since the formation of Southern Care Management Services, Inc. in 1999 we've sought to provide competent case management and life care planning. At the time of it's beginning Southern Care Management Services engaged one of the most experienced case management professionals and life care planners in the Southeast. Since then, its services have assisted in returning many workers back to the workplace to their benefit and that of their employers. Southern Care's professionals have also prepared many life care plans for purposes of assisting in determining the economic cost of injuries.
